There is something extremely powerful about participating in a workshop or retreat as part of a group. We have found that spending time in a structured setting with other women who experience similar thoughts, experiences, and feelings, helps us to feel reassured that we’re not alone – or inadequate – or just plain crazy. We are committed to creating a nurturing and trusting environment for each of our events so that you feel that you are receiving personal attention. For that reason, we keep our workshops relatively small. Painting workshops tend to have a maximum of participants (unless organised elsewhere than our studio) and other workshops (such a Visionboard workshop) tend to have a maximum of 20 participants. The workshops are designed to work through the steps as outlined. Feel free to ask for any help you need during the event. When you are ready, we invite you to participate in “Follow-on Sessions” as outlined during the event or on our website.
