Today I had some worries and thus some emotions to tackle and walking has always helped me letting emotions course through my body. So at lunchtime, I took myself on a swift walk. I have signed up for another writing workshop by @bethkempton called Winter Writing Sanctuary. It starts on the 28th and it's free. This year's pandemic obliged almost the entire world to retreat into their homes for several months. Some people, especially in the city, did not have a choice but stay within their 4 walls. Some however, seem to have rediscovered the forests and fields around where they live.
